delivering your parcel securely, reliably and at the lowest cost.
what is
the cost of delivery?
Our
shopping cart is now equipped to handle direct (live) postage prices from
Australia Post. So shipping charges will now be based on weight and size
of the parcel and it will reflect the true cost of shipping from us to you.
All items
are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post service. Should you wish to have your
order sent via either Registered or Express Post then these options will be
available to you at checkout.
Please
note that oversize products may be subject to extra delivery fees. If this is
the case total delivery costs will be clearly set out in the product description.
FREE
SHIPPING -
we offer free standard Parcel Post shipping on orders over $150 within
Australia. Unfortunately due to the high cost of international shipping
we are unable to make this offer available outside of Australia.
when will
my order be sent?
Providing
your order is in stock, your order will be despatched within 24-72 hours of
receipt of payment (this is usually the next business day). We do offer
backorders and pre-orders on a lot of our stock as well, in these cases usually
the shopping cart will let you know that the item is out of stock but that it
will be backordered. If this is the case once you place your order we'll
contact you to let you know an approximate shipping time.
what
about e-gift cards?
Electronic
gift cards will be sent to the recipient’s e-mail address instantly upon
receipt of payment. If you would like your e-gift card posted to your
recipient then just let us know and we can post it directly to them.
can I
track my order?
When your
order is shipped you will receive an e-mail. If you have chosen to have your
order shipped either by Registered or Express Post then you will be given a
tracking number.
when will
I get my order?
We
typically ship all orders within 24-28hours and then for all orders within
Australia, Australia Post Parcel Post service guarantees delivery of orders
within 1 – 6 business days, the timeframe will vary depending on where in
Australia you live. It is advisable to take up the Express Post option if
you require your order within 1-3 business days. International orders
take approximately 7 – 14 business days to arrive depending on their
destination.
my
purchase is a gift. can I have it delivered to another address?
Yes –
simply fill out the recipient's address and contact details in the
"delivery" section at checkout. The order confirmation e-mail and
receipt will be sent to you.
