how do I set up an account?
It's
simple. When you add a product to your shopping cart you will have the option
to "checkout" or to "shop for more items".
You
will have a choice between “create a new account” or "returning
customer". If you are a new customer simply fill in the requested
information. Once the checkout process is complete your account information
will be securely stored in our database. The next time you return to
babywearing.com.au you can login under "my account/order status", if
you make another purchase then you will be a "returning customer"
& all of your checkout details previously entered will be collated for you.
what are my payment options?
We
accept MasterCard & Visa via either of our 3rd party payment options -
PayPal or Paymate Express. You can choose to direct deposit money straight into
our bank account or post a money order or cheque payment directly to us.
You
can also redeem any e-gift card, store credit or special discount mailed or
e-mailed to you by entering the appropriate code at checkout.
can I order by phone?
Absolutely.
Contact us on 0410 571 813 and we will be glad to help. If we are not able to
take your call immediately e-mail and phone messages are checked regularly and
responded to as quickly as possible. If you prefer you can contact us via email
to arrange a call-back – we will call you at a time you choose so that you may
place your order.
how do I purchase an e-gift card?
Not
sure what to buy? An e-gift card makes a great gift and can by purchased simply
by clicking on the "gift ccertificate" at the top of the homepage. Just select the
card with the desired dollar amount and from there it's the same, simple
checkout process as buying anything else at babywearing.com.au.
I have been given an e-gift card. how do
I redeem it?
It
couldn't be easier – just choose the products you like and click on
"checkout" where you will be asked to enter your delivery details and
the unique id that are on your gift card. An e-gift card is valid for all
products on our site and it never expires.
what currency are your prices in?
All
prices are in Australian Dollars.
what do I do if the item I want is out
of stock?
We
receive new stock shipments regularly. Contact us by phone or e-mail and we
will be glad to reserve an item for you. We also offer backorders or pre-orders
on some stock, the cart will let you know if this is the case when placing your
order.
